Summer harvest display of grilled and roasted vegetables, finished with fleur de sel, aged balsamic reduction and cold pressed olive oil

Arugula, spinach, port poached apple, cheddar crisps, house granola, white balsamic dressing

Whole Roasted Suckling Pigs – fresh from Perth County
duo of Tamarac and Berkshire pigs, house bbq sauce

fresh peaches and cream corn with Togarashi butter / buttermilk potato puree
